To say that I am obsessed with these bowls would be a HUGE understatement. Truth be told, I have had my eye on them for a couple of years now while I wait for my brother to turn 50. Well, the time has come and the bowls have been ordered. Besides being of excellent quality, they are simply hysterical. The birthday boy is a HUGE fan of The Birdcage, quite literally quoting the movie on the regular. These are the perfect gift for such a huge fan. They are going to go great with chocolate schnecken, Turkish coffee and of course, sweet & sour peasant soup!

These have been a big hit among the cast for our stage performance of The Birdcage! A fabulous set of props, that bring the dinner scene to life in a way not otherwise possible. Even though the benefit is more for the cast than the audience, I'm looking forward to our opening performance tomorrow night!
They are quite the conversation piece. They are durable in dish washer and are pretty heavy for plastic. Wish they had ceramic!
