Refund policy
Packaging: All packages are basic boxes, envelopes, etc.
Processing Times for All Orders: Processing time is typically between 4-7 business days as each item is made to order. During peak times of the year (holidays), our manufacturing time increases to up to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number to your e-mail the second we ship it! Our shoes and many of our imported bathing suits and apparel have a longer shipping time as they are made overseas and can take 20-30 days to arrive. If you place your order between 1/18/2023 - 2/10/2023 which is Chinese New Year, your order could have an additional 15-20 day (total delivery time up to 50 days) delay in being received.

No returns for orders that use a promo code or during any sales (only exchanges)
- There is a 20% restocking fee for orders over $100 or orders with more than 5 items.

Any items sent to us without our approval first will not be accepted and will be donated to charity.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping & we do not refund our costs of shipping the order to you as we still paid shipping to send out (even if it was free shipping).

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping + new shipping costs for new order. We hope to one day be big enough to be able to cover all costs!
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 14 business days.
